岗位职责:
Pension Administration is responsible for providing services to Hong Kong MPF customers (including handles both HSBC and HASE business), which handles data input and maintenance, application processing and customer contact service and so on.

Principal responsibilities
1. Continuously provide high quality Hong Kong MPF/Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction within the specific scope defined by the PLA.
2. Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge and apply it independently to daily work.
3. Process internal and external client requests and ensure they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements.
4. Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and may make follow-up recommendations beyond their authority.
5. Build positive relationships with peers, participate in team meetings/events, and promote teamwork.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
3. Have good English/ fluent and idiomatic Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese) reading, writing and oral skills.
4. Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time and ensure accuracy.

2. 熟练掌握微软Office应用程序的基本知识。
3. 具有良好的英语/中文(普通话和广东话)阅读,书写和口语能力。
