岗位职责描述：
1. 应用质量控制方法（PQCP/PFMEA/***等），保证产品和过程质量持续稳定满足offer要求；
--Deploy quality control methods(PQCP,PFMEA,***…) to ensure that product and process quality continuously and stably meet offer requirements.
2. 支持PQC及相关职能部门进行生产线质量解决、控制和恢复措施的实施，以保持生产线的顺利运行；
--Support process quality technician and related functions on production line quality solving, containment and recover actions implement, to keep the production line running smoothly;
3.通过FFR、MDR、COPQ等质量指标监控产品质量，基于精益六西格玛/Kaizen/8D等改善方法，系统化推进绩效改进；
--Monitor the product quality by quality index such as FFR, MDR and COPQ，lead systematic performance improvement base on Lean
